The formulation is usable and safe on both skin and hair. Once dry, the coloring will not rub off or smear. It also washes off of and out of anything with just ordinary bar soap and water. To use: Disguise Stix® is activated with water and may be applied with a sponge, brush, cotton swab, or fingertip. The paint dries to a touch and will not rub off or smear when dry. Coloring washes off and out of anything, including clothing and costumes with ordinary bar soap and water. Tip: Use the plastic face painting palette as a convenient mixing container for creating custom colors. Note:Due to the dense pigmentation of colors, some cracking of color in the dish may occur.
